His books, MayWeather and Productivity, and Rising Together: Essays on the Nigerian Struggle and Our Path to Growth, reflect a commitment to thought leadership grounded in lived experience and intellectual rigor. He is also the host of the Diary of a Patriot YouTube channel where he simplifies public policy and champions a working Nigeria.

Ajibola’s advocacy extends into nonprofit work through the Ajibola Oladiipo Foundation, which supports underserved communities in areas such as food systems, inclusive education, environmental resilience, and IT workforce development.

He is also building a political structure rooted in progressive ideals, social justice, and human dignity. He strongly believes that politics must serve a higher purpose: to build a society where freedom, dignity, and opportunity are not privileges for a few, but rights guaranteed to
all.
